If you are keen to excel or venture into the developing field of Advanced Cosmetology, then this is where you want to be. During the 6 months of service (including on the job training) you will pioneer in consulting cosmetic concerns and prescribing cosmetic treatments, including IPL, Lasers, Chemical Exfoliation and Dermabrasion. Candidate profile

We are constantly looking for dedicated, responsible and matured individual who can work independently with minimal supervision. Candidates should have 2 years of working experience in customer service and sales related industry. Candidates must have excellent customer service, grooming and communication etiquettes. Experience in aesthetic medical industry is obviously an advantage.

Working location & hours

• Suite 2-03, Menara Hap Seng, Jalan P. Ramlee, 50250 Kuala Lumpur.
• 9.00 am until 6.00 pm from Tuesday till Saturday; and 9.00 am till 2.00 pm on Sunday. Closed on every Monday and FT public holidays.

Resident doctor

Qualifications:

• Must be registered with MMC and in possesion of a valid APC.
• Minimal qualification: MBBS
• Additional qualifications or experience in aesthetic industry is an advantage.

Job scope:

• To be able to analyse aesthetic concerns and thereafter prescribe appropriate treatments.
• To deliver aesthetic treatments at the utmost level of patient care and in accordance to the treatment protocol.
• Attend to Client’s needs and to deliver quality customer care.

Remunerations:

• RM 96,000 - RM 127,000 per annum.

Customer service executive

Qualifications:

• Minimal qualification: Diploma or degree in management, marketing or sales related field.
• Additional qualifications or experience in aesthetic industry is an advantage.

Job scope:

• To be able to analyse aesthetic concerns and thereafter prescribe appropriate treatments.
• Attend to Client’s needs and to deliver quality customer care.
• To manage Client's database, appointments and follow ups.

Remunerations:

• RM 45,000 - RM 60,000 per annum

Clinical therapist

Qualifications:

• Preferably nurses with diploma or BSc in nursing.
• Additional qualifications or experience in aesthetic industry is an advantage.

Job scope:

• To deliver aesthetic treatments at the utmost level of patient care and in accordance to the treatment protocol.
• Attend to customer’s needs and to deliver quality customer care.
• To overlook treatment room and centre operations.

Remunerations:

• RM 36,000 - RM 48,000 per annum.
